I highly recommend drinking a cup of green tea each day. It is full of antioxidants that are good for the body. Green tea helps eliminate free radicals from your system. Green tea helps to keep you healthy. Green tea is also effective in aiding with weight loss (consumed with a sensible diet).

As with anything, green tea should be had in moderation. Approximately one tea bag per day contains a tolerable level of caffeine. It should be noted, people with heart issues must be careful regarding caffeine consumption and should consult with their doctors.
